1. INTRODUCTION:
The Soocel Digital Solutions Private Limited is the licensed owner of the Application CredyFi. These are the terms and conditions ("Website Terms") on which, CredyFi, provides our services through this website and any mobile application through which users access this website or services (together, "Website").
The Website is committed to providing financial education services. The Website purely performs the function of displaying market updates, content, videos, and even financial services provided by different Sellers. Currently, there are no in-app/website transactions. All the transactions are directly dealt with between buyers and sellers.
Sellers displaying their products and Buyer ordering and receiving their orders shall be separately referred to as Sellers and Buyers respectively; together they shall be referred to as “Users”
Visitors of this website are requested to read and understand the Terms and Conditions carefully before using the Website, including ordering any products through the Website, because use of the Website and the services offered are subjected to these Website Terms and Conditions.
By accessing and/or using the Website or by using services via the Website (whether now or in the future), Users agree to be bound by these Website Terms.
Company reserves the right to change these Website Terms from time to time by changing them on the Website. These Website Terms are only in the English language.
Use of your personal information submitted via the Website is governed by the Privacy Policy .

2. USAGE POLICY
Access: When users use the Website or register an account, users shall provide personal information such as name, email address, telephone number, credit or debit card information and address . User shall ensure that this information is accurate and current. All the personal information submitted by the Users shall be managed as per Privacy Policy .
Users shall keep the username and the password secured for all the activities carried out through the website. In case User choose to register an account or the website provides a username and password, will have the option to change the password.
Acceptance of terms: By accessing any part of the Website, user gives unequivocal consent of acceptance of the Website Terms.
Revision of terms: Company may in its sole discretion revise these Website Terms at any time or change or discontinue any aspect or functionality of the Website. Users are requested to check the recent terms and conditions. Users will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time.
Eligibility: Users competent to enter into contract as per the Indian Contract Act,1872 shall be eligible to use the services offered on the website. The user between the age of 13 and 18 may use the services offered except those which are prohibited for minor's consumption by the website through their Parents/Guardian provided they accept the terms and conditions of the Website .
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Payment methods: Payment for the paid services on the website can be made by an accepted credit or debit card or UPI through the Website.
No refund Policy: Once the payment is made for the paid services or purchase of credit through the website, irrespective of the mode of payment, cannot for any reason other than failure of payment, be refunded to the Users..
4. LICENCE
Ownership of rights Company own or are licensed to use all the rights, title and interest in the Website, including (without limitation) all intellectual property rights. Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Website and in material published on it (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by Company or its licensors. These works are protected by Intellectual Property Laws in India and all rights are reserved
5. DISCLAIMERS:
Information on Website: Company may make changes to the material on the Website, or to the services provided, product lists and prices at any time without notice. Specials listed on the Website are subject to change. The Sellers that are responsible for providing the data shall ensure that the data is correct and Company do not undertake any responsibility towards incorrectness of such data.
Seller's Actions and omission: The legal contract for the supply and purchase of products is between Buyer and the Seller and is subject to the terms and conditions of website. Company shall be held responsible for any actions, omissions, terms or conditions stipulated by the Seller.
Quality: Buyer acknowledge and accept that Company do not give any warranty or undertaking, or make any representation, that the products ordered from any Seller through the Website will be of satisfactory or suitable for the intended purpose and Company disclaim any such warranties and representations.
6. LIABILITY
Exclusion of liability: Subject to your statutory rights under Indian Consumer Law, we will under no circumstances be liable to the Users whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with the Website or our services (including the use, inability to use or the results of use of the Website or our services) for:
(a) any loss of profits, sales, business or revenue;
(b) loss or corruption of data, information or software;
(c) loss of business opportunity;
(d) loss of anticipated savings;
(e) loss of goodwill; or
(f) any loss not arising naturally or not arising according to the usual course of things from the relevant breach or acts or omissions.
Indemnity: Sellers agree to indemnify and hold Company and its associates, directors, other officers, employees and agents harmless from and against any claims, demands, proceedings, losses and damages (whether actual, special, economic or consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, including legal fees on a full indemnity basis, made by any third party or and Buyer due to or arising out of breach of these Website Terms or any terms and policies it incorporates by reference or violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
7. SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT
Company may, at its sole discretion, suspend the User's account and may also deny access to the website with immediate effect, without any notice for the reason as mentioned below:
a. Any adverse or negative feedback.
b. Breach of terms and conditions mentioned herein.
c. Breach of Licensed Use as mentioned herein
No liability: Users agree that Company is not liable to User or any third party whether in contract, tort (including negligence), equity or under any statute for any suspension of use on the website by the User
8. FORCE MAJEURE
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these Website Terms that is caused by events outside our reasonable control. A force majeure event includes any act, event, non-occurrence, omission or accident beyond our reasonable control and includes in particular (but without limitation) the following:
(a) strikes, lock-outs or other industrial action;
(b) any outage of internet services or wireless connectivity either generally or in relation to one or more carriers or service providers;
(c) any circumstance where an event has occurred which has or may have compromised all or any of the usernames and/or passwords of Buyer and Sellers;
(d) civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not) or threat or preparation for war;
(e) fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster;
(f) impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport or other means of public or private transport;
(g) impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks; and
(h) the acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government.
The performance of the services offered on the website may be suspended for the period that any force majeure event continues. The company shall its level best to bring the services on track once sooner the force majeure events discontinues to be in effect.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
Privacy Policy: We use Users Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site and for our internal assessment. The internal assessment may include using the collective data of users for preparation of analytical report. We are committed in protecting the personal data shared by the Users. By using the Site, Users agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Severability: If any content in the Website Term, or part thereof, is rendered void, illegal or unenforceable in any respect under law, the legality and enforceability of the remaining Terms and Conditions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
Entire agreement: This Website Terms constitutes the entire Agreement between the Buyer and Company and between Seller and Company with respect to the services provided hereof, and supersedes all previous communications, representations, understandings and between the themselves or any official or representative thereof
No waiver: Any failure or delay in enforcing (in whole or in part) any provision of these Website Terms will not be interpreted as a waiver of Company's rights or remedies.
Assignment: Users shall not assign any of their rights or purport to transfer any of the obligations under these Website Terms without prior written consent of the Company (which may be withheld in its absolute discretion.
Governing law: These Website Terms are governed by the Indian Laws and Any or all dispute, controversy or claim arising out of, or in relation to the that is not arbitrable under the laws of India shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.
Notices: Any notice or communication under, or in connection with, the services offered on the Website must be made in writing and in english language. Such notice or communication shall be delivered personally, via email support@credyfi.com or sent by prepaid, recorded delivery or registered.

Survival: Despite termination or suspension of User's access to and use of the Website and the services offered, the mentioned Website Terms will survive any such termination.
10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If any dispute arises in relation to the Website Terms i.e.in connection with the validity, interpretation, implementation or alleged breach of any provision of this Website Terms or regarding a question, including the question as to whether the termination or suspension of accounts on the website (“Dispute”), the disputing User hereto shall endeavour to settle such Dispute amicably. The attempt to bring about an amicable settlement shall be considered to have failed if not resolved within 60 (Sixty) Business Days from the date of the Dispute.
If a dispute, controversy or claim has not been resolved, such dispute, controversy or claim shall be finally referred to arbitration under the Indian Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 for final and binding resolution.
a) The dispute, controversy or claim shall be settled by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. If the parties do not mutually appoint the arbitrator within 30 working days of receipt of the notice of arbitration, either party may approach the competent court for the appointment of arbitrator.
b) The seat of arbitration shall be Pune, India.
c) The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English.
d) The governing law shall be Indian law.
