Baazar Style Retail Lists Flat, Market Cap Reaches Rs 3,100 Crore

Baazar Style Retail, backed by Rekha Jhunjhunwala, debuted on BSE and NSE at Rs 389, matching its IPO issue price. The company’s market cap rose to Rs 3,100 crore. On NSE, 38.72 lakh shares changed hands, generating a turnover of Rs 150.85 crore.

The IPO, which ran from August 30 to September 3, was oversubscribed 40.66 times, receiving bids for 61.11 crore shares. The company raised Rs 834.68 crore through the IPO, with Rs 148 crore from a fresh issue and Rs 686.68 crore from an offer for sale.
