Happiest Minds Technologies, a Bengaluru-based IT solutions provider, has restructured its business into six industry groups (IGs) to bolster growth. Led by executive chairman Ashok Soota, the move aims to reach $1 billion in revenues by 2031.
Each IG will be headed by a leader responsible for profit and loss, focusing on generative AI business services (GBS) and digital engineering services (PDES). With dedicated teams and specialized business development managers, the company expects enhanced efficiency and output.
