Tata Sons Urges Air India to Retain Vistara’s Premium Service Post Merger

Tata Sons has advised Air India to maintain Vistara’s superior flying experience after their planned merger on November 12, 2024. Vistara, known for its high-quality service, will keep its staff, aircraft, and service standards until Air India improves its own. Vistara’s frequent flyer program will also merge with Air India’s Flying Returns. Passengers booked after the merger will experience minimal changes. Tata wants the merger to be smooth and not affect Vistara’s loyal customer base, focusing on continuity while upgrading Air India’s fleet and services.
